Defective Items - What Should I do?

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the defective item.
Please snap a picture of the product & order number, email us at or Whatsapp us and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. You can also just Private Message us on any of our social media if you prefer.
 Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective.


Refunds / Exchange are strictly not allowed unless it's defective product, boxes or gifts got dented or broken by courier services or wrong product sent by us.
